Field Impact Notice - IC Home 2.0 Setup with Apple Devices

Issue Summary
Some users are experiencing issues completing first time setup for IC Home 2.0 products, i.e. Orb 2, Orb Outdoor 2, Dinger Pro 2, Guardi 2, and Singer 2, when using Apple devices. Once the device is setup, it will work on Apple products without further issue.
Impact & Status
Affected systems will require an app update to resolve this issue. Our software engineering team is investigating the problem and is actively working on a release to address the problem. An updated app version will be provided once available.
Workarounds
Systems that support Ethernet connections, i.e. Orb 2 and Orb Outdoor 2, can be fully setup on both Android and iOS with a hardwired connection. Android systems can fully configure the all the IC Home 2.0 products. The Apple device will have full functionality once the system is fully setup.
Update (Resolved)
An iOS update was pushed out on 03/18/2026 that resolves the issues with iOS 26.
