Bunker Quick Start · Step 2 of 6

Create the customer account, organization & site.

Do this on a laptop in a web browser. You'll create your own account first, then an organization named after the customer, then the site where the Gateway is installed.

Part 1 · Your login

Create your account.

Start by creating the account you'll use to set up and manage the customer's Bunker organization.

Open Create Account

Enter your email, password, first name, last name and phone number. Google sign-in is also available on the web and skips email verification.

Verify your email

Open the "Welcome to IC Realtime" email and click the verification link, then sign in. The link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, select Resend Verification to receive a new one.

Good to know

Email verification is required.

You cannot sign in until your email address has been verified. If you use Google sign-in instead, email verification is skipped.

Part 2 · The customer

Create the organization.

Once you're signed in, create the organization that will contain the customer's Bunker system.

Sites · Select Create Organization to begin.

Select Create Organization

From the Sites page, click Create Organization.

Enter the customer information

Enter the Organization Name and select the organization Type — Business or Personal. Name the organization after the customer.

Important

One paying customer = one organization.

Each organization has its own subscription and billing email. Create a separate organization for each paying customer rather than putting multiple customers into the same organization.

Part 3 · The property

Add the site.

A site represents one physical location. The Gateway and cameras will be attached to this site later in the setup process.

Select Add your first site

After creating the organization, Bunker opens Welcome to Your Organization!. Select Add your first site.

Enter the site information

Enter the Site Name, street address, City, State and ZIP. All address fields are required and the state must be a US state or territory.

Add Site · Enter the physical location where the Bunker Gateway will be installed.

After you save the site, keep going.

Bunker takes you directly to plan selection after the site is saved. Until the organization has an active subscription, every sign-in by an Owner returns to the plan page and video retention remains at the minimum. Continue directly to Step 3.
